I love the fact that Blog Design is so high up on your list because I think it is one thing too many bloggers fail to properly implement and as result we arrive to blogs that are a complete mess from webmaster perspective!

I totally agree with most of the points you mentioned here..The look and feel of every website matter these days, also the quality of content matters. Your spam on the social media scene and your helpful friends also have a big part when it comes to gaining traffic.

1. Yeap, I use Google Analytics, but you can always find out by yourself checking a page code source :)

2. I was not doing weekly traffic roundups, like Karen, becuase by this moment there was nothing to talk about. I’ve said “by this” moment, becuase soon I’ll make one… Things have changed!

3. You’re right about EntreCard and 2 seconds staying on your site – bad for bounce rate. That’s why I will not start using it. It’s just another service with transparent road to success. Maybe I will talk about it later.

4. Lisa Irby is my idol :) She was my, say, teacher in the very beginning… Of course, she didn’t know about it, because of thousands other pupils :)
